This cartoon is another story of a high school student, who aims at searching for the meaning of life. Saki Miyanga is a mahjong player,

who does not want neither win nor lose in the games. Thus, she finds a way to keep the final score at zero. In fact, keeping a zero score is more difficult than winning the game, however, she hates this game, as her parents force her to play and win. She spends all the time learning how to keep the zero score, and finally, she becomes a perfect mahjong player. There is nothing more to tell about the plot of this story, as further events are quite banal. She comes across with a mahjong school which discovers her talent, and then wins all the possible tournaments.

There is nothing to review in this story; however, anime lovers manage to write reviews close to academic writing, or even research papers, comparing the story of success with lots of classical plots in manga stories. Moreover, there is nothing to derive from the plot, except the experience of self-perfection. In fact, this experience will be useful for those, who wish to achieve some particular heights; nevertheless, the story in general is boring and too stretched for 25 episodes, divided into two seasons. The set of characters is usual, and the plot in general is flat. Moreover, no useful tips for mahjong players are given in the cartoon.
