Length Of Britain

As most of you know i work for Podcastmatters, creators of this network site. So felt it was only right to tell you all about my challenge :)

Myself and my good friend are cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats, approximately 1100 miles in 14 days with nothing other than us, our bikes, and a lot of miles! In doing so we are hoping to raise a very reasonable sum of money for The White Lily Fund (www.whitelilyfund.com), a breast cancer charity based in Scotland and one that is very close to our hearts. I know we must be mad .

The build up to the trip will be documented on our blog (whitelilyfund.tumblr.com) as well as various social networking and new media sites including twitter @whitelilyfund, iTunes and facebook. The actual 14 day trip itself will be podcasted and updated as we go.

I’m sure you will agree this is a wonderful charity and we would be extremely grateful for any contribution or sponsorship you may be able to offer us towards our challenge.
