According to Frazer, breweries are true cash machines that can make their product at any time of the year and produce consistent product within a matter of weeks. A vineyard on the other hand takes years to produce the final product with no guarantees of quality or quantity, so the importance of cash flow is thrown into sharp relief even more in this complex business.
