How are you using online video? Are you watching mainly short videos? Is it replacing some of your television time?

I hardly watch TV these days, which doesn't make sense as we bought a nice big HD TV a couple of months ago. I catch a lot of what's happening on Vimeo and YouTube and the BBC iPlayer is great as I can watch what I want on my iMac at home while doing other stuff online.
